Mobility Assessment + Recovery Session

A focused 10-minute session including a posture and alignment screening, soft tissue recovery techniques such as scraping (Graston), massage gun therapy, pin and stretch, and a brief corrective exercise if appropriate. Does NOT include a chiropractic adjustment.

Dr. Maggie Harris DC, ATC

Dr. Maggie received her doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic as valedictorian of her class and she is also a Certified Athletic Trainer, with experience in rehabilitation, sports injuries and collegiate athletes. Dr. Maggie utilizes a whole person approach and tailors each patient’s care to their specific needs. She has a variety of techniques, but not limited to, extremities, dry needling, diversified, gonstead, flexion and distraction, thompson, activator & Kinesiotape.
